This Privacy Policy describes how EvidenceB processes your personal data when you use the Adaptiv’Math application. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with:

Hosting and Data Security

The Application is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (US) by Google LLC, located in the United States. Google Cloud applies robust security measures and complies with international frameworks, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for cross-border data transfers as required by GDPR.


What Data We Collect

We may collect the following data:

  • Identification data: name, email address
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device info
  • Interaction data: in-app submissions, usage logs

We do not use tracking cookies unless required and with your consent.


Use of Google User Data

The Adaptiv’Math application integrates with Google services, including Google Classroom, through the use of Google APIs. When you grant permissions, we may access the following Google user data:

  • Course information (class name, teacher, roster, coursework, and attachments)
  • User identification data (name, email address, role in the class)
  • Student submissions and grades (when required to deliver application features)

We use this Google user data solely to:

  • Confirm your role in a Google Classroom course (student/teacher)
  • Deliver and manage Adaptiv’Math activities and embedded attachments in Classroom posts
  • Allow teachers to view, assign, and grade coursework within Adaptiv’Math
  • Pass back grades or progress to Google Classroom when applicable

Sharing of Google User Data

  • We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties.
  • Google user data is stored and processed only by EvidenceB and our hosting provider (Google Cloud Platform, United States).
  • We may share aggregated, anonymized usage statistics for research and product improvement, but these do not include any personal or identifiable Google user data.

Retention and Deletion of Google User Data

  • Google user data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Adaptiv’Math service or as required by law.
  • You may request deletion of your Google user data at any time by contacting us at contact@evidenceb.com.

Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

Adaptiv’Math’s use and transfer of Google user data obtained from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We process your data to:

  • Respond to your inquiries
  • Deliver core features of the Adaptiv’Math application
  • Ensure platform security and performance
  • Comply with legal obligations

Data Transfers Outside the EEA

As data is hosted in the United States, such transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
