  1. Use of the Application

Use of this Application implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.
EvidenceB strives to ensure that the Application remains accessible at all times. Temporary interruptions (e.g. maintenance) may occur, and users will be notified when feasible.
Users are responsible for ensuring their own access (equipment, internet connection, browser, antivirus, etc.).

  1. User Conduct

Users must not:

  • Damage, disrupt, or overload the Application
  • Access data or parts of the Application without authorization
  • Post or transmit illegal, offensive, or misleading content

Code of Conduct for Interactive Areas:

Users agree to refrain from publishing:

  • Racist, hateful, sexist, defamatory, or obscene content
  • Spam, ads, or repeated content
  • Personal contact information
  • Misleading or false identity details

EvidenceB reserves the right to delete inappropriate content and suspend accounts for violations.

The Application provides information and services related to the Adaptiv’Math educational project and uses JavaScript and related technologies.

  1. Limitation of Liability

EvidenceB is not liable for:

  • Application unavailability
  • Errors or omissions in content
  • Damage to user equipment (hardware/software), including virus contamination
  • Indirect damages such as business loss or missed opportunities
  1. Intellectual Property

All content in the Application (texts, images, logos, software, databases, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any use beyond private consultation requires written consent from EvidenceB.

  1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
Any disputes shall be brought exclusively before the Tribunal Judiciaire de Paris.
